The number of participants to the school is limited, so make sure to register early if you want to participate. To register, you have to send us an e-mail (see below) with the following information:

• Your full name(s), address, age, nationality;
• Your academic qualifications, present position and affiliation and/or a short cv;
• A brief description of your work and your motivation to participate to the school (i.e. why you believe that you might contribute to the school);
• The atelier(s) you wish to attend;
• A tentative date and time of arrival and departure (morning or afternoon) and your preferred flights;
• If you want to present your work in the form of a demonstration, a semi-formal talk or a poster, you have to include an abstract or description of your work.

If your application is approved, we will send you a confirmation mail with further details on the payment of your registration. The registration fee is 500 euros, which includes the conference fee, all meals and accomodation.

All participants arrive on Saturday 10 or Sunday 11 December. The end of the conference is on Thursday 15 December at noon. There is a shuttle for the participants between the airport to Erice.
